On foot or a small drive away there's so much to see; from historic castles, railways, and Welsh countryside. Discover the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy and its waterfalls, or take in some history at Powis Castle and Gardens. Or with just a short drive you can experience the Welsh coast. Llety'r Eos Caravan Park is the perfect base for you.
The bustling market town of Llanfyllin has a great range of shops, cafes, pubs, and things to see. Small but busy, there is a local butcher, a Spar, greengrocers, clothing and gifting shops, a vegan bakery and three pubs!
The amazing Lake Vyrnwy is a great day out with so much to do. Hire bikes and go for a ride around the lake, or even have a go at canoeing! The Lake Vyrnwy Hotel and the Artisans cafe are perfect for drinks and meal or a cream tea.
Just a small drive away, on the outskirts of the market town of Welshpool, there is the National Trust owned, Powis Castle and Gardens. Great fun for all ages.
Just up the road you can visit the highest waterfall in Wales!
See the sea! Visit the beautiful welsh coastal town of Barmouth, Twywn or Aberdovey just to name a few!
Straight out of the Caravan Park there are so many walks and hikes. Go local up to Llanfyllin's Lonely Tree, or hike up to Cadair Berwyn for some stunning views.
